The NBMBAA Leaders of Tomorrow, Scholarship and Awards Luncheon is one of the Philadelphia’s Chapter signature event, where we recognize our Leaders of Tomorrow students and highlight their outstanding achievements, honor our Leaders of Tomorrow Alumni, and award our annual scholarships to high school, undergraduate and graduate students from across the Greater Philadelphia Area. About our Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program
The Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program is NBMBAA’s premier initiative directed toward the youth of our nation. LOT’s objectives are to aid parents in educating and preparing African-American high school students for life in college and beyond, as exemplary corporate citizens. There are over 30 active LOT chapters throughout the United States, Canada, and the UK. The Philadelphia Chapter of LOT focuses on developing the business, communication, and life skills of high school students from the Greater Philadelphia area. About Michele Lawrence
Michele Lawrence is a distinguished community and business leader. She is the Past Area President and the Senior Vice President for the Philadelphia Retail market at Wells Fargo and the founder of Saving Our Boys Leadership Development Institute. She currently serves on the boards of BigBrothersBigSisters, Dare To Imagine and the Urban League of Philadelphia.
Michele has also the host of a live radio show which airs on Wednesdays in PA, NJ and DE. The MicheleSpeaks radio show seeks to tackle wealth, wisdom, wellness and worth as it pertains to women and people of color.
