About the Summit
The Philadelphia Chapter of National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) is committed to the exchange of ideas, actions, and real-life experiences to improve diversity and inclusion results. Our 2018 Diversity & Inclusion Summit will focus on how advancing diversity and inclusion across multiple companies and industries, requires a clear strategy, deliberate focus, sustained action, and measurable accountability metrics.
The theme for this year’s summit is Lift Every Voice: Tackling Conversations about Race, and Cultivating Inclusion in the Workplace.
The summit will feature an Interactive Panel Discussion and a Fireside Chat with Norman Fleming, author of Make America Hope Again: A Plan to Win in Diversity & Inclusion for Corporate America
